Ltd., Juan De Fuca Resources Corp., and Fight Court Internet Ventures Corp. Details of this plan of arrangement will be provided in an information circular and will be voted upon by all shareholders at the upcoming Annual General and Special Meeting scheduled on June 11th, 2014 for all shareholders of record as of May 2, 2014.
