Having just celebrated 21 years sober, the "Glee" star says she applauds co-star Cory Monteith's decision to enter rehab.
"I think you get to a point – and this has happened to me – [where] you decide to renew your vows to your sobriety," Jane told AccessHollywood.com's Laura Saltman at NBC Press Day on Tuesday. "I think [Cory] is renewing his vows to his sobriety."
As for Jane and her future on the Fox series (which was recently renewed for two more seasons!), her character, Sue Sylvester, was fired from her post at McKinley High after taking the fall for student Becky (played by Lauren Potter) who brought a gun to the school.
Sue is now passing the days teaching aerobics at the local "23 Hour Fitness," surrounded by loads of Lycra, and Jane said fans will get to see the former "Cheerios" coach leading an exercise class or two.
"Yes, you're gonna see [her teaching classes] – a lot of ‘80s looks," she said with a laugh. "There's a lot of thong action and legwarmers. But not [from] me – I'm in my trackie!"
The actress — who will soon be seen hosting NBC's new game show, "Hollywood Game Night" – said she thinks Sue will get back into McKinley High's good graces.
"Somehow, someway, I hope my throne will be restored," she said. "But we'll see."
"Glee" airs Thursday nights at 9/8c on Fox.
