Fruit Cornbread


2 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 1/2 cup corn meal, yellow
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
2 T. Honey
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 cup diced strawberries


Fold together dry ingredients in a bowl. Well out dry leaving hole in the middle. Add wet ingredients. Whisk together. Fold in blueberries and strawberries. Pour into a buttered and floured 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for until golden brown.

Honey Butter
1 stick butter, softened
1 T. honey

Mix together
