Blood Orange Olive Oil and Pecan Green Beans

Ingredients:

Green Beans – Fresh ¾ pound
Tree and Vine Blood Orange Olive Oil – 1T and 1t
Pecans ¼ c. chopped
Sea salt to taste

Directions:

Trim and halve green beans
Blanch or steam green beans for 2-4 minutes (should still be firm)
Drain, set aside
In large skillet heat olive oil to medium
Sauté green beans until thoroughly heated
Add pecans towards end of sauté
Season
Enjoy
