Premium contextual advertising leader taps industry veteran to head sales efforts and expansion in automotive sector.

Vibrant Media, the global leader of in-content contextual technology, announced today that James Coraci has joined the company as Vice President of Sales for the Detroit region. Coraci, an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, will be responsible for managing company sales development, customer acquisition and retention, primarily in the automotive sector.

Prior to joining Vibrant, Coraci was Sales Director at Undertone from 2011 to 2012. Coraci also served as Sales Director at The Weather Channel between 2006 and 2011, where he was named Salesperson of the Year in 2006 and 2008.
Coraci also held senior positions at Wenner Media, leading the Detroit office to net billing record years in 2002 and 2004 and Hachette Fillipachi Magazines, where he was a President’s Club 2nd Place Award Winner in 1997. He graduated from Wayne State University with a B.S. in marketing.
