1 loaf Italian bread cut on a diagonal 1/2"-1" thick 2 cups strawberries sliced 1 pint raspberries 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese sliced 1/4" thick 1 dozen eggs 2 cups heavy cream 1/4 cup raspberry jam 1/4 cup honey 1 T. Chambord powdered sugar for dusting
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and cream until combined. Add raspberry jam, honey and Chambord and set aside.
In a 13 x 9 baking dish arrange the Italian bread alternately from side to side. Place sliced cream cheese in between each layer of bread. Place around 4 slices of strawberries in between each layer of bread along with raspberries. Pour egg mixture over the cream cheese, fruit and bread. Cover dish with plastic wrap and place in the fridge over night or for at least 8 hours. Remove from fridge and place in a preheated 350 degree oven and allow to bake for 45 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy yall!
