1.) Cook on high-med heat 2.) When oil is hot, add Brussels sprout leaves and if the leaves jump your oil is ready 3.) Add the rest of the Brussels 4.) Season well with salt and pepper 5.) Cook for 45 seconds 6.) Then flip and season again 7.) Cook for 1 minute 8.) Add the rest of ingredients bacon, nuts, garlic, shallots and flip all together.
