SAN DIEGO, April 9, 2013 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Qualcomm Incorporated (NASDAQ: QCOM) today announced that its new quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per common share will be payable on June 26, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 5, 2013.  The new dividend rate, originally announced at the Company's annual meeting on March 5, represents a 40% increase above the prior quarterly dividend.
