MailChimp today announced the release of its completely revamped integration with Batchbook, a social CRM platform. The new integration makes it easy for small businesses to share customer information between their MailChimp and Batchbook accounts, and use that data to send highly targeted, effective email campaigns.

Plus, within Batchbook, contacts can be sorted by "imported to" or "exported from" MailChimp. Additionally, recently sent MailChimp campaigns show up directly in the Batchbook dashboard, and Batchbook's individual contact view displays the recent MailChimp campaigns that contact has been sent and whether or not they opened them. This tracking data allows for outreach and follow up based on previous interactions and conversations.
